I have followed the suggested approach and had completed the meal log and typed out what food types each item belonged to and tallied the amount of servings of food I ate per day and presented the data in a graph. I just have to buy a CD-ROM and burn the graph into it.
I plan to learn: 1. What is the importance of a healthy diet? 2. How food is processed and used by the body? and 3. What makes up the digestive system and what are their functions?
